
Montgomery County Maryland County Council looking for car-free growth
Montgomery County is taking a bold step forward as the county council is now willing to allow dense developments in urban areas. The caveat is that the builders, who will be incentivized, must create green and biker/walker friendly amenities such as: sidewalks, paths, and more.
