How does apple and iphones and ipads tie in with Real Estate? You’ll see…..
Had to post this when I found out about it. Check it out for yourself =

Tysons Corner was the very 1st apple retail store. See the link above. And I called the store itself. The polite apple staffer confirmed that the Tysons Corner Virginia apple store in the Tysons Corner Mall was the very first apple store to open[WORLDWIDE]. He informed me that they opened on the same day as a store in California. And being that we’re on the East Coast and we get going while California is still sleeping, Tysons Corner is #1, or First ! Isn’t that cool!
It’s all relevant in one of three ways. [1] A retail store, such as this one in Tysons Corner Mall, takes up commercial real estate space. So there we have the real estate. [2] It’s in Tysons Corner, and the name of this blogsite is AgentKnowsTysonsCorner.com, and [3] I have an ipad and I’m most definately hooked. I’ve got my softwares or “apps” (cool apple lingo I’m only now getting used to) wherever I go. And I’m more green. Which is great. I care about the environment, and it ties nicely into my National Association of Realtors GREEN Designation. All that and the mobile internet, super interface, and great ability to look at pictures of houses and more houses!
All in all, this is a cool fact I had to share. Go Tysons Corner [and by default McLean and Vienna, Virginia - the true postal addresses]! It’s nice to be First.
So wherever you see me in Tysons Corner: Gates of McLean, Lillian Court, Fountains at McLean, Rotonda, Westwood Village, Parkcrest, or even just getting a drink at Robeks, don’t be afraid to tell me what your favorite apps are!
