Gates of McLean update for 2011 (so far….) Tysons Corner Real Estate
The one bedroom models sold for an average of $224,250 and an average price/sqft of $314.52. These numbers are deceiving though as [a] one of the units had a subsidy of $6,650, and [b] one of the units also had 2 assigned parkings (one of which was a garage space). The parking is a big deal, which could be valued upwards of $10,000 as most units/homes in the Gates of McLean only have 1 space.

Tysons Corner is Turning into What?!
With the Dulles Metro and VDOT’s HOT lanes project the Tysons area is under going massive changes. Well many have applied for zoning changes to their sites close by or adjacent to future metro sites. The public got a glimpse at some of these proposed Tysons Corner developments last night at an open house held at Marshall High School in Falls Church off route 7, just outside Tysons Corner.
