Gates of McLean update for 2011 (so far….) Tysons Corner Real Estate
The one bedroom models sold for an average of $224,250 and an average price/sqft of $314.52. These numbers are deceiving though as [a] one of the units had a subsidy of $6,650, and [b] one of the units also had 2 assigned parkings (one of which was a garage space). The parking is a big deal, which could be valued upwards of $10,000 as most units/homes in the Gates of McLean only have 1 space.
